ok stay, some issues needs resolved
rock solid pillow external noise
the location was fine, it was pretty central.
the pillow was not good, they were like rock solid. i didn't sleep well. also, some noise from outside, like vehicles or something i don't know.

Really good City Center Stay
central location quiet space ample time
The hotel's location is in the city center which makes it convenient for accessing shops and the train station.. The public area offered lemon water and a quiet space for relaxation. The room was clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Joanna from the staff helped me to delay check-out time.
The room type I originally occupied sold out, requiring me to move to another room, though the transition was handled efficiently.

poor water pressure slow lifts
I liked the central location, very handy to get around. The staff was mostly helpful. The room itself, a Standard Double Room, felt a little tired. I had problems with the shower. The water pressure was poor. The lifts were also rather slow. I think the hotel needs a bit of an update. The breakfast did lack variety.

a balanced stay
friendly staff amazing service dirty yard zero privacy
the location was ideal. the breakfast was good. the hosting staff was friendly and approachable. fay provided amazing service at the bar, which i appreciate it.
the room overlooked a dirty yard. pigeons and their droppings was on the window sills. there was zero privacy because the room window was overlooked from the opposite stairs and an office. i dont like this at all.
